Terms & Conditions

RATES :

• Rates are quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and are are subject to 10% goverment tax and 5% service charge.
• Rates are subject to change, however we will honour rates for all reservations booked and paid prior to the change.

ROOM CAPACITY :

• Berawa Beach Residence Room Capacity.
• All unit can only be occupied by maximum 2 person (sofabed available on Premier 1 Bedroom Apartment for guests / children)
• Any other arrangement has to be informed in advance.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS :

• A deposit of 20% of the amount must be received by Berawa Beach Residence within 15 days after confirmation of reservation has been given
• Final payment is required 15 days prior to arrival (except for Daily Rates booking, Final Payment can be settled upon check out)
• If the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 20% deposit is required within 7 days after confirmation of reservation has been given and Final payment can be settled upon Check in (Except for Daily Rates booking, payment can be settled upon check-out)
• For last minute booking (within 7 days or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival is acceptable but 50% deposit has to be made directly after confirmation of reservation has been given.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• If the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival, Deposit/payment will be refunded in full, less USD100 for admin fee.If the reservation is cancelled less that 15 days prior to arrival, Deposit will be forfeited. If last minute booking is cancelled, Deposit will be forfeited.
